We want to make your shopping experience at evemonde.com enjoyable.

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your order before buying. Please kindly reference the spec.(s) on the product page.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, we are more than willing to assist you.

Customers can contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our contact form.


  1. Go to our support center and describe the issue in detail including the reason why you wish to return the item, along with your order number and SKU (product) number. For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
  2. Once we receive the above information, we will review your case and offer you a solution


  1. EveMonde‘ responsibility:

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will resend for free a replacement at our expense*.

*(if there is no defferent of the price).
  1. Customer’s responsibility:

We can allow a return on products if the customer has order the wrong product, size, or is simple wants to exchange the item.

All shipping fees for exchange or return are at the customers own expense and are non-refundable.


– Please contact us to request an R.M.A (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our Support Team will give you our R.M.A instructions form and address. Don’t forget to send back the items with the R.M.A form.

– All returnable items must have their original tags and must not appear to have been washed, worn or altered, they must also be sent back in their original packaging.

– all orders which are shipped free to the customer ( as part of C.A.P) are not applicable to return on our account for any reason, and cost of return shipment should be paid by the customers.
