How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location, the most packages can deliver fast and safely, and are deliver within 11 – 25 Days. *This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

A: After you place the order successful, we will send you a confirmation email

B: If you have any request for you order, please contact us in this sort of time frame; we will try our best to assist you.


A: We will prepare your order after it have verified. Such as: strict quality control, arrange the suitable carriers.

B: The most orders can ship out within 24 hours now, some quantity orders need about 3-5 business days (Processing time) to ship out in this part. If any issue, you can submit a CONTACT FORM to our support center


EveMonde partners with major international shipping companies to offer tow shipping methods:

1- Paid  shipping: for orders less than 100$ and the cost will be appear automatically after filling shipping address.

2- Free shipping : for orders more than 100$ are applicable for some countries only, as part of customers Appreciation Program CAP, and for specific cases.

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

*Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Though it is out of our control, but we will try our best to improve it.

* all orders which are shipped free to the customer ( as part of C.A.P) are not applicable to return on our account for any reason, and cost of return shipment should be paid by the customers
